Day 1: Arusha - Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge  After a delicious breakfast at 6:30 am, we will begin our exciting journey to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge. We will pack a picnic lunch to enjoy along the way.  As we make our way towards Serengeti, we will have the opportunity to visit a Maasai Boma if you're interested. This will give you a unique insight into the life and culture of the Maasai people, known for their vibrant traditions and close connection to the land.  Our next stop will be at the crater Viewpoint in Ngorongoro. Here, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater, which is often referred to as the "eighth wonder of the world." The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, and more.  Continuing our journey, we will then proceed to Olduvai Gorge. This significant archaeological site is renowned for its fossil discoveries, which have provided valuable insights into the origins of humankind. We will take some time to explore the gorge and learn about the fascinating discoveries made here.  To refuel and relax, we will have our picnic lunch at Olduvai Gorge, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the area. You can enjoy your meal while taking in the awe-inspiring landscapes and reflecting on the rich history of this place.  After our lunch break, we will continue our drive towards Serengeti National Park, one of the most renowned wildlife reserves in the world. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife sightings, as the Serengeti is teeming with a multitude of animals, including lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests.  As the day draws to a close, we will arrive at our accommodation in Serengeti National Park, where you can unwind and prepare for the exciting safari adventures that await you in the coming days.  Note: The itinerary may be subject to change based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, but rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout your journey.

After a restful night at the accommodation in Serengeti National Park, Day 2 of your itinerary is dedicated to an exciting day of game viewing. The Serengeti is renowned for its abundant wildlife and breathtaking landscapes, making it a prime destination for safari enthusiasts from around the world.  Your experienced guide will accompany you on game drives throughout the day, ensuring you have the best opportunities to spot a wide variety of animals in their natural habitat. The Serengeti is home to the famous Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinoceros. You may also encounter cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, hippos, and countless other fascinating species.  The Serengeti is vast, spanning approximately 14,763 square kilometers, so there is plenty to explore. The park is divided into different regions, each with its own unique characteristics and wildlife populations. Your guide will take you to the most promising areas based on current wildlife movements and sightings.  Throughout the day, you will have opportunities to stop at scenic spots, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the Serengeti plains. The vastness and untouched beauty of the landscape will leave you in awe.  Lunch will be provided during the day, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Serengeti. Your guide will find a suitable spot for a picnic, ensuring you can refuel and relax before continuing your adventure.  As the day progresses, keep your eyes peeled for the incredible wildlife that inhabits the Serengeti. Your guide will share their knowledge and expertise, pointing out interesting behaviors, answering questions, and helping you make the most of your game viewing experience.  After an exhilarating day of exploring the Serengeti, you will return to your accommodation in the park. On Day 3 of your Serengeti adventure, you will have the opportunity for a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. This day is dedicated to exploring the vast and diverse ecosystem of the park and encountering its incredible wildlife.  You will start your day early, as wildlife activity is at its peak during the early morning hours. After a hearty breakfast at your accommodation, you will set out in your safari vehicle with your experienced guide. The Serengeti is known for its "Big Five" game animals, which include lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinoceros. Your guide will take you to the areas where these animals are commonly spotted, increasing your chances of seeing them up close.  As you drive through the park, keep your eyes peeled for the iconic African wildlife, such as giraffes gracefully roaming the savannah, zebras galloping in herds, and wildebeests migrating in massive numbers. The Serengeti is also home to cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, and a plethora of bird species, so there will be plenty of opportunities to observe and photograph these magnificent creatures in their natural habitats.  Your guide will share their knowledge about the wildlife you encounter, their behaviors, and the importance of conservation efforts in preserving this fragile ecosystem. On Day 4 of your safari adventure, you will have the opportunity to explore the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. After a delicious breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a scenic drive to the crater, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most iconic natural wonders.  As you approach the crater, you will be mesmerized by its sheer size and beauty. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest unbroken caldera and is often referred to as the "Garden of Eden." It is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalos, and an abundance of bird species.  Upon reaching the crater floor, you will begin your game drive, led by knowledgeable guides who will share fascinating insights about the animals and their behavior. The crater's unique ecosystem supports a dense concentration of wildlife, making it an ideal location for game viewing and photography.  During your game drive, you may have the opportunity to witness thrilling wildlife encounters, such as lions hunting, elephants bathing in watering holes, or hippos wallowing in the shallow lakes. On Day 5 of your itinerary, you will be exploring Manyara National Park. Located at the base of the Great Rift Valley, Manyara National Park is known for its diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The park is famous for its large flocks of flamingos that gather on the shores of Lake Manyara, creating a mesmerizing sight. As you embark on your game drive through the park, keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and various species of birds. The park is also home to tree-climbing lions, which is a unique and fascinating sight to behold. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the park before continuing your exploration. On Day 6 of your safari trip in Tanzania, you will be visiting Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is known for its diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.   After breakfast at the lodge, you will embark on a game drive through the park. As you explore the park, keep an eye out for the large herds of elephants that Tarangire is famous for. You might also spot other animals such as lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species.  Tarangire National Park is also a bird lover's paradise, with over 500 bird species recorded in the area. So, don't forget to bring your binoculars and keep an eye out for colorful and unique bird species.  Around midday, you will have a picnic lunch in one of the designated picnic areas within the park. Enjoy your meal while surrounded by the stunning African wilderness.  After lunch, you will continue your game drive, exploring different parts of the park and discovering its hidden gems. The park is known for its baobab trees, which add a unique and enchanting element to the landscape.  In the late afternoon, you will start making your way back to Arusha, enjoying the last glimpses of wildlife along the way. Once back at Arusha Town or Take International flight,  you will reflect on the incredible experiences you've had so far. Tarangire National Park offers a unique safari experience, with its diverse wildlife, stunning landscapes, and tranquil atmosphere.
